The Texas Livestock Guardian Dog Association (“TLGDA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Texas-based nonprofit organization. Merchandise purchases made through our Shopify store help support our mission and programs.

This website is hosted on Shopify and merchandise is custom produced through our fulfillment partner Printify.

By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

  1. Nonprofit Status & Merchandise Purchases

TLGDA is a nonprofit organization. Purchases made through this store:

  • Are purchases of goods (not charitable donations unless specifically stated)
  • Support our mission and educational efforts
  • Are not tax-deductible unless clearly labeled as a donation

If you are seeking to make a charitable contribution, please use our designated donation channels.

  1. Made-to-Order Merchandise

All products — including shirts, hoodies, mugs, and related items — are custom printed after your order is placed.

Because items are made specifically for you:

  • All sales are final except for defective or incorrect items
  • Minor variations in color, sizing, or print placement may occur
  • Digital mockups are representations and may vary slightly
  • Production typically requires 2–7 business days

Print-on-demand products differ from mass retail inventory, and we appreciate your understanding.

Please carefully review:

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 2–7 business days.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • We do not offer free shipping.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or other carriers
  • Weather or natural events
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms delivery, TLGDA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

  1. Returns & Replacements

Because all merchandise is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor color differences
  • Shipping delays beyond our control

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Materially defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (preferred remedy), or
  • A refund to the original payment method

Failure to notify us within 7 days may void eligibility.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Payments are securely processed through Shopify.

Because our items are custom produced via Printify, we maintain detailed documentation including:

  • Order confirmations
  • Production confirmations
  • Shipping confirmations
  • Carrier tracking records

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to submit full documentation to the payment processor
  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in purchase restrictions
  • We reserve the right to recover chargeback-related fees where permitted by law

As a nonprofit organization, chargebacks directly impact our mission funding. We strongly encourage contacting us first so we can resolve issues quickly and fairly.

We make every effort to display products accurately; however, we do not guarantee:

  • Exact color matching across screens
  • Absolute sizing uniformity
